All products are covered by a one year warranty. Extended warranty may be purchased for the Ap1300 and Ap1310 series compact printers – contact us for details.
Able offers two locations for the repair of products:
Able Systems Ltd, UK
This location deals with the repair of all products, including Ap1300 and Ap1310 series printers. We have a 10 day turnaround target for warranty repairs. For repairs outside of warranty then a cost will be provided to the customer for approval before proceeding.
Before returning product for repair, you must complete the RMA Approval Form and email it to email@example.com for RMA approval. A copy of the RMA form containing the approval number must accompany all returned products. Further guidance and instructions are included within the form

This location deals with the repair of Able Ap13xx range printers only.
