Report a Product Security Vulnerability

Able encourages customers to report potential security issues relating to our products, both to fix vulnerabilities and for continuous improvement of our security.  In case of a vulnerability or incident with one of our products, please email:

CRAreporting@able-systems.com providing the following information. 

• Reporter’s name, organisation and contact details
• Affected product and model
• Serial number
• Firmware / software version
• Connection method or interface involved
• Description of the suspected vulnerability
• Potential impact
• Steps needed to reproduce it if appropriate
• Is there evidence that the vulnerability is being used in an attack or to gain unauthorised access?
• Has information about the issue already been shared publicly? 
• Supporting files, logs, or screenshots

Concerns flagged in the email subject line as URGENT PRODUCT SECURITY INCIDENT will be prioritised.  For all concerns raised, we will review the information, may contact you for further details, and will coordinate appropriate investigation, mitigation and disclosure. Resolution times will depend on the severity and complexity of the issue.
