Warranty & Repairs

We pride ourselves on achieving the highest level of reliability across the industry. As standard, all Able branded Thermal Printers (purchased after 1st January 2017) are covered by a THREE year warranty – unprecedented in this market. Extended warranties may be purchased for certain products.

A fully comprehensive repair service

We operate an 8-day turnaround for warranty repairs and, for repairs outside of warranty, we will provide you with a personalised quotation for the work required detailing costs and timescales. Only once you are happy with this do we proceed.

The first step in the repair process is for you to complete the RMA Approval Form and email it to us at repairs@able-systems.com

We then assign an ‘RMA Approval Number‘ to the form and return it to you to confirm the repair has been scheduled.

You then send in the product to us for repair along with the RMA Approval Form (this must accompany all returned products).

Further guidance and instructions are included within the form.
